It is a sad fact that there are unscrupulous people within this Industry that breach NSW legislation, by overcharging on commissions, taking commissions from both venue and performer for the same show (known as double dipping), not paying artists within the specified 14 day period of receiving payment from venues... the list goes on!

In the interest of helping artists and venues to protect themselves from such unethical practices, please find below a few downloads containing information direct from the Office Of Industrial Relations.
